Car Toys
I have a nephew whose favorite word (for the time being)
is “car”. As a fourteen-month old baby, he has already become
obsessed with vehicles. However, my nephew’s story is not, by
any means, uncommon. In fact many little boys and girls become fascinated
at an early age by car toys, trucks, ambulances, trains and fire engines.
There is a lot of fun to be had when you have car toys for your children.
Often, car toys can entertain a child for hours.
There are several kinds of car toys to choose from. For infants there
are soft car toys, almost like stuffed animals—perfect for chewing
on (which is certainly what the infant will do). Then as toddlers, safe,
larger plastic or wooden car toys are likely the safest bet. As a parent
or guardian, you should always check the required age group that the
car toy is intended for. You will find the recommended age group on
the box or package your car toys come in. For example: it may say 3
years and up—or 5 years and up. Without paying close attention
to the kind of toys your little one plays with, your child can become
seriously or even fatally injured. Especially when the car toys contain
pieces that are too small for younger children.
Believe it or not, there is an excellent market for toys in general—there
will never be a lack of need for them. Supply and demand has proven
that. Manufacturers work hard to create great, improved car toys for
kids. It is always good to continue working towards safer toys of all
kinds. And car toys are very popular, so they are being created for
all age groups with both fun and safety in mind.
